The TPD1E04U04 is a unidirectional TVS ESD protection diode used to protect HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.0 circuits. The rated ESD shock dissipation value of the TPD1E04U04 is higher than the highest level specified in the IEC 61000 - 4 - 2 (Level 4) international standard. This device features an IO capacitance of 0.5pF, making it suitable for protecting high-speed interfaces with rates up to 6Gbps, such as HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.0 interfaces. The low dynamic resistance and ultra-low clamping voltage can provide system-level protection against transient events for sensitive SoCs. The TPD1E04U04 comes in the industry-standard 0402 (DPY) package.
