The TPD1E0B04 is a bidirectional TVS ESD protection diode array designed to safeguard USB Type-C and Thunderbolt 4 circuits. The TPD1E0B04's rated ESD shock dissipation reaches the highest level specified in the IEC 61000 - 4 - 2 (Level 4) international standard. This device features an IO capacitance of 0.13pF per channel (DPL package), making it highly suitable for protecting high-speed interfaces with rates up to 60Gbps, such as USB 4.0 and lower versions, Thunderbolt 4, and antennas. The low dynamic resistance and low clamping voltage provide system-level protection against transient events. The TPD1E0B04 comes in the industry-standard 0201 (DPL) and 0402 (DPY) packages.
