The TPD6E004 provides protection against ESD pulses up to ±15kV for the Human Body Model (HBM), ±8kV for contact ESD, and ±12kV for air-gap ESD as specified in IEC 61000 - 4 - 2. The device has a typical capacitance of 1.6pF per channel, making it well-suited for high-speed data I/O interfaces. The TPD6E004 device is available in the RSE package and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
