The TPD2EUSB30, TPD2EUSB30A, and TPD4EUSB30 are electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection diode arrays based on 2-channel and 4-channel transient voltage suppressors (TVS). The TPDxEUSB30/A devices are rated to dissipate ESD strikes up to the highest level specified by the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (contact). These devices also offer a peak pulse current rating of 5A (8/20 μs) per the IEC 61000-4-5 (surge) specification. The TPD2EUSB30A features a low DC breakdown voltage of 4.5V. With low capacitance, low breakdown voltage, and low dynamic resistance, the TPD2EUSB30A device provides excellent protection for high-speed differential IOs. The TPD2EUSB30 and TPD2EUSB30A are available in a space-saving DRT (1mm × 1mm) package. The TPD4EUSB30 is available in a space-saving DQA (2.5mm × 1.0mm) package.
