- The TPD4E110 is a unidirectional electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device with ultra-low capacitance. This device consists of a central ESD clamp and features two hidden diodes in each channel to reduce capacitive load. Each channel is rated for ESD shock dissipation higher than the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 international standard.
- The ultra-low load capacitance of the TPD4E110 makes this device well-suited for protecting high-speed signal pins.
