The TPD4E001 is an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection diode array based on a 4-channel transient voltage suppressor (TVS). The TPD4E001 is rated to dissipate ESD strikes at the highest level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4) international standard. Each channel of the device has an IO capacitance of 1.5 pF, making it well-suited for high-speed data IO interfaces. This ultra-low leakage current (maximum < 1 nA) is suitable for high-precision analog measurement applications such as blood glucose meters and heart rate monitors. The TPD4E001 is available in DRL (SOT), DBV (SOT-23), DCK (SC-70), DRS (QFN), and DPK (PUSON) packages and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
