注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use M4 screws with 7~10 Kgf-cm torque; max penetration depth is 4mm. Fill blank slots with BLANK-NMS240 accessory.

2 Global ON/OFF: Assemble the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if global control is not used; otherwise, no output will be generated.

3 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules, open RC2 (pin3) to GND (pin1/2) to turn on; short to turn off. For NMD-240, open RC2/RC3 to respective GNDs for ON.

4 Remote Sense: Use twisted pairs for +S/-S lines to reduce noise; compensates up to 0.5V wiring drop.

5 Parallel Operation (NMS-240):

6 Connect CS pins together for current balance.

7 Ensure output voltage difference between modules <0.2V.

8 Total output power ≤1200W (NMP1K2) or 650W (NMP650).

9 Use short, large-diameter wires for parallel connections.

10 Temperature Derating: When output voltage <12V and ambient temp is -15°C to -30°C, derate current to 90% of rated. Refer to derating curves for high ambient temps.

11 Safety: Adhere to isolation ratings (I/P-O/P:4KVAC, I/P-FG:2KVAC, O/P-FG:0.5KVAC). Avoid exceeding maximum electrical ratings.

12 Maintenance: Regularly inspect for overheating, loose connections, or physical damage; replace faulty modules promptly.
