注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Mounting: Use M4 screws for mounting with recommended torque of7~10Kgf-cm; avoid over-tightening to prevent case damage.

2 Power Limitation: Do not exceed the maximum total power of1200W for NMP1K2; ensure each module's power does not exceed its rated value (240W per NMS/NMD-240).

3 Remote Sense: When using remote sense, keep sense lines short and twisted in pairs to minimize noise interference; ensure proper connection of +S/-S pins to load terminals.

4 Parallel Operation: For NMS-240 parallel operation: connect CS pins of all modules, ensure output voltage difference <0.2V between modules, total current ≤ sum of rated currents of modules, and do not use PC function (current programming).

5 Temperature Derating: If output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to90% of rated value to ensure stability.

6 Global ON/OFF Control: If not using external global control, install the provided shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) to enable output; otherwise, the unit will have no output.

7 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules, local ON/OFF is controlled by RC2 pin (open = ON, short = OFF to GND); ensure correct wiring as per the function manual.

8 Wiring: Use appropriate wire gauge (20~26AWG for control signals, larger gauge for power lines) and follow the terminal pin assignments strictly to avoid short circuits or malfunction.
