注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Power supply: Use 12-24VDC (10-32VDC allowed) with max10% ripple; do not apply AC voltage as it may damage the sensor

2 Load management: Max load current is200mA (reduce to100mA if operating at -40°C to-25°C with30-32VDC); avoid short-circuiting the load

3 Wiring: Follow correct wiring (brown: +V, blue:0V, black: output); keep cable away from high-tension lines; if extending cable, total length should not exceed200m; do not pull the cable with force over50N

4 Mounting: Maintain required clearances from surrounding metal (refer to mutual interference table for shielded M12 type); do not hammer the sensor during installation; tighten nuts with30N·m torque (M12 brass type) and use washers

5 Environment: Do not use underwater or in areas with strong acid/alkaline gases; avoid flammable/explosive gas environments; ensure no icing or condensation during operation

6 Maintenance: Periodically inspect for loose wiring, mounting position shifts, metal powder/dust accumulation; do not disassemble or modify the sensor
