注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use M4 screws for front-end mounting with torque7~10 Kgf-cm and penetration depth≤4mm; use M3.5 screws for module terminals with torque≤10 Kgf-cm and strip length10mm for20~26AWG wires

2 Global ON/OFF: Assemble the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if global control isn't used; without it, no output is provided

3 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules: Open RC2 to GND for ON, short for OFF; For NMD-240 dual modules: Open RC2 (V1)/RC3 (V2) to respective GNDs for ON, short for OFF

4 Remote sense: Connect +S/-S pins to load terminals to compensate wiring voltage drop (max0.5V); twist sense lines in pairs to reduce interference

5 Parallel operation: 1. Connect CS pins of all modules; ensure output voltage difference <0.2V between modules 2. Total current ≤ sum of rated currents of parallel modules; total power ≤1200W 3. Max6 modules in parallel for NMP1K2; remote control must turn all modules ON/OFF at once; do not use PC function in parallel

6 Derating: 1. For output voltage <12V and ambient temp -15~-30°C: Derate current to90% of rated value 2. Adjust load according to derating curves based on ambient temperature and input voltage

7 Protection: 1. Overload/over-voltage protection: Some require re-powering to recover; over-temperature protection auto-recovers when cool 2. Do not exceed auxiliary power load limits (2A for front-end5V-AUX-P,10mA for module Vcc2)
