注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Do not operate beyond absolute maximum ratings, as this may cause permanent damage to the device

2 Ensure input voltage slew rate is ≤1V/µs; if exceeding, a pre-charge circuit must be added

3 External output capacitor requirement: Use 1000-20000µF capacitors with ESR ≤10mΩ; adjust to COUT-EXT-TRANS or COUT-EXT-TRANS-TRIM if load is below 10% rated or trim is dynamically varied

4 Thermal design: Ensure case bottom temperature does not exceed case top temperature for effective over-temperature protection; utilize top surface, bottom surface, and leads for heat dissipation, refer to thermal models for calculation

5 Array operation: Each DCM unit needs a separate input filter and output inductor; follow recommended component values (e.g., L1_x=1µH, R1_x=1Ω, C1_x=2µF) for paralleling circuits

6 Fault handling: Output overvoltage protection (OVP) is latched; clear it by disabling the EN pin or removing input power below VIN-INIT (3Vdc)

7 Light load operation: When load is <10% rated, output voltage may rise up to 3.43V above the calculated value due to light load boosting

8 ESD protection: Follow HBM (CLASS1C) and CDM (CLASS2) ratings to prevent ESD damage
