注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Input voltage slew rate: Ensure input voltage slew rate is less than 1V/µs; if exceeding, install a pre-charge circuit to protect input components

2 Input filter: Use Vicor's recommended input filter design (refer to official tool) to ensure system stability

3 External output capacitor: Must connect an external capacitor of 1000-10000µF with ESR ≤10mΩ for control loop compensation; for loads below 2% of rated current, use capacitors in the COUT-EXT-TRANSIENT range

4 Thermal management: Utilize conduction cooling from pin-side or non-pin-side of the VIA package; monitor internal temperature to not exceed the rated range (C-grade: -20~125°C, T-grade: -40~125°C, M-grade: -55~125°C)

5 Grounding requirement: Chassis of the VIA package must be connected to Protective Earth (PE) for Class I products; both housing surfaces need PE connection to meet safety and EMI standards

6 EN pin operation: EN pin is active only if VDDE is applied before VIN; otherwise, EN is ignored until VIN is removed and reapplied

7 Trim mode: Trim behavior is latched when VIN is applied (above VTRIM-DIS: non-trim mode; below VTRIM-EN: trim active) and remains until VIN is lost

8 Fault handling: Overvoltage protection (OVP) is latched; clear the fault by disabling EN pin or reducing input voltage below VIN-INIT

9 Input fuse: Install system-level input fuse according to current, voltage, ambient temperature, and breaking capacity requirements
