注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Input voltage must not exceed 460Vdc (absolute maximum); input slew rate limited to ±1V/µs

2 External output capacitor requirement: 1000-10000 µF with ESR ≤10mΩ to ensure control loop stability

3 Thermal management: maintain internal temperature within T grade (-40~125°C) or M grade (-55~125°C); over-temperature protection triggers at 125°C

4 Fault handling: output overvoltage protection (OVP) is latched—reset by power cycling input or disabling via EN pin; other faults (UVLO, OVLO, thermal) auto-recover after fault removal

5 Trim mode: TR pin state at power-up determines trim activation; active trim allows dynamic output voltage adjustment (7.2-13.2V)

6 Light load operation: when load <10% rated, output voltage may rise up to 2.62V due to light load boosting
