注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use M4 screws for front-end mounting with torque 7-10 Kgf-cm; follow specified air flow direction for cooling

2 Global ON/OFF: Assemble the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if global ON/OFF control is not used; otherwise, no output will be provided

3 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules, open RC2 to GND for ON, short for OFF; for NMD-240 dual modules, open RC2 (V1) or RC3 (V2) to respective GND for ON

4 Remote sense: Utilize +S/-S pins to compensate voltage drop on load wiring (max 0.5V)

5 Parallel operation: When paralleling NMS-240 modules, connect CS pins together; ensure output voltage difference between modules <0.2V; total current does not exceed sum of rated currents; total power ≤1200W; remote control must turn all parallel modules on/off simultaneously; do not use current programming (PC) function in parallel

6 Derating: For output voltage <12V and ambient temperature between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value

7 Temperature management: Monitor overtemperature alarm (T-Alarm signal high when temp exceeds limit); operate within -30°C to +70°C range and follow derating curves for higher temperatures

8 Safety: Adhere to safety standards; avoid contact with live parts; use appropriate wire gauge for input/output connections
