注意事项 PRECAUTIONS
Derating guidelines:
a. When output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value.
b. Follow derating curves for ambient temperature and input voltage (e.g., reduce load at higher temperatures or lower input voltages).
Installation:
a. Use recommended screw sizes (M4) with mounting torque of 7-10 Kgf-cm; avoid over-tightening.
b. Ensure proper airflow direction as per mechanical specifications to maintain cooling.
Parallel operation:
a. For NMS-240 modules, connect CS pins of all modules and ensure output voltage difference <0.2V between modules.
b. Total output power must not exceed 1200W; use short, large-diameter wires for parallel connections.
c. Remote control must turn ON/OFF all parallel modules simultaneously; avoid using PC (current programming) function in parallel mode.
Remote control setup:
a. If not using external global ON/OFF control, assemble the provided shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) to enable output.
b. Local ON/OFF control for modules: Open RC2 (NMS-240) or RC2/RC3 (NMD-240) pins to turn ON, short to turn OFF.
Protection functions:
a. Overload/overvoltage: Power supply shuts down; re-apply input power to recover.
b. Overtemperature: Auto-recovers once internal temperature drops below the alarm threshold.
