注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use recommended M4 screws (7~10Kgf-cm torque) for front-end mounting; M3.5 screws (10Kgf-cm torque) for module terminals; ensure proper grounding via FG terminal

2 Operation:

3 Global ON/OFF: Install the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if global control is not used; no output available without it

4 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules: open RC2 (pin3) to GND for ON, short for OFF; for NMD-240 dual modules: similar logic for RC2 (V1) and RC3 (V2)

5 Remote sense: Use twisted pairs for +S/-S lines to minimize noise; max compensation of 0.5V wiring drop

6 Parallel operation: Connect CS pins of all modules; ensure output voltage difference <0.2V between modules; total power ≤1200W; max 6 modules in parallel; do not use PC function in parallel

7 Derating: For output voltage <12V and ambient temp -15~-30°C, derate current to90% of rated; follow derating curves for high ambient temps

8 Safety: Avoid operating in flammable/explosive environments; disconnect input power before maintenance; do not touch live parts when powered on
