The TPD2E2U06 is a dual-channel low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device. This device provides ±25kV contact ESD protection and ±30kV air-gap ESD protection compliant with the IEC 61000 - 4 - 2 standard. The 1.5pF line capacitance of the TPD2E2U06 makes this device suitable for digital input Class-D audio amplifiers in a wide range of applications. Typical application interfaces are USB2.0, low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) interfaces, and I2C.
