The TPD1E10B06-Q1 device is a bidirectional TVS ESD protection diode that offers a small 0402 package suitable for space-constrained applications and the industry-standard leaded SOD-523 package to support automated optical inspection (AOI). The TPD1E10B06-Q1 is rated for ESD shock dissipation higher than the maximum level specified by the IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 international standard and can easily reach 5000V. Low dynamic resistance and low clamping voltage ensure system-level transient event protection, providing adequate protection for designs exposed to ESD events. The device also features 12pF I/O capacitance, making it ideal for audio lines, buttons, memory interfaces, or GPIOs. There is also a non-automotive qualified version of this device: TPD1E10B06.
