The ESDS302 and ESDS304 devices are unidirectional TVS ESD protection diode arrays in two - channel and four - channel configurations respectively, used for Ethernet and USB surge protection up to 12 A (8 / 20 μs). The ESDS302 and ESDS304 devices are rated for ESD shock dissipation up to 30 kV, complying with the IEC 61000 - 4 - 2 international standard (> Level 4). These devices have an IO capacitance of 2.3 pF per channel, making them well - suited for protecting high - speed interfaces such as Ethernet 1G and USB 2.0. Low dynamic resistance and low clamping voltage support system - level protection against transient events. The ESDS302 and ESDS304 devices are available in the industry - standard 5 - pin SOT23 package.
