TPD4E02B04 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) ESD protection diode array used to protect USB Type-C and HDMI 2.0 circuits. The rated ESD shock dissipation value of TPD4E02B04 is equal to the highest level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 (Level 4) international standard. Each channel of this device has an IO capacitance of 0.27pF, which is suitable for protecting high-speed interfaces with rates up to 10Gbps (such as USB 3.1 Gen 2). The low dynamic resistance and low clamping voltage can provide system-level protection against transient events. TPD4E02B04 uses the industry-standard USON-10 (DQA) package. This package uses through wiring with a pin pitch of 0.5mm, which can simplify application implementation and shorten the design time.
