注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Power supply: Use DC12-24VDC (ripple max 10%); do not apply AC voltage to DC models. Avoid excessive voltage (rated range 10-32VDC)

2 Load handling: Do not short-circuit the load; max load current is 200mA (reduce to100mA if temp is -40~-25°C and voltage30~32VDC). Use relays for loads with large inrush current (e.g., lamps, motors)

3 Wiring: Ensure correct wiring (brown=+V, black=output, blue=0V). Keep cables away from high-tension lines; use metal conduit if necessary. Cable extension should not exceed200m; do not apply tractive force over50N

4 Mounting: Do not hit the sensor with a hammer during installation. Tighten M8 stainless steel nuts to max9N·m (use washer with nut). Maintain mutual interference distances: for M8 non-shielded models, side-by-side distance≥80mm, face-to-face distance≥60mm

5 Environment: Do not expose to flammable/explosive gases or strong acid/alkaline chemical gases. Do not use underwater or in continuous rain (IP67 is for temporary immersion)

6 Maintenance: Periodically check mounting (looseness), wiring connections, sensor surface (clean metal dust), and indicator light operation. Do not disassemble or modify the sensor
