注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Before use, carefully read the "Safety Precautions" on page 4 of the manual and the "Precautions for All Limit Switches.

2 Connection: Install a fuse with a breaking current 1.5 to 2 times the rated current in series to prevent short-circuit damage. For EN-rated applications, use gI or gG 10A fuses (complying with IEC60269).

3 Operation: Ensure the plunger's notch is fully pressed into the scraper during operation to avoid chips or dust entering the switch.

4 Sealing maintenance: Tighten the cap screw on the conduit extra to enhance sealing. Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the plunger to reduce abrasion and extend service life.

5 Mounting torque: Use an Allen wrench to tighten M6 mounting bolts to a torque of 5.88 to 6.86 N·m. For terminal screws (M3), tighten to 1.18 to 1.37 N·m.

6 Wiring: Use cables with a thickness of 0.75 mm² and connect via MS round solderless terminals with insulation covers. Ensure each terminal is wired correctly (screw properly fastened, no loose connections).

7 Actuator operation: Avoid exceeding the overtravel (OT) position of the actuator; the operating stroke should be 70% to 100% of the specified OT distance to prevent damage.
