注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Ensure sufficient cooling: rely on conduction (from pins to PCB) and convection (airflow across module); refer to output current derating graphs for available current under different temp and airflow conditions

2 External capacitor selection: input capacitor ≥1000µF with minimum700mA-r-m-s ripple current rating; output capacitor ≥330µF with equivalent ESR no lower than4mΩ (7mΩ for single capacitor)

3 Remote sense pin: if unused, leave open; if used, connect directly to the load point to compensate voltage drop

4 Margin Up/Down controls: assert to GND to adjust output voltage by +5% or -5% respectively

5 Pre-Bias startup: ensure backfed current from other power sources does not exceed design limits

6 Soldering guidelines: follow Pb-free or SnPb process specs—for Pb-free, pin temp should exceed solder melting point (217-221°C) for ≥30s, peak temp ≤260°C; for SnPb, pin temp ≥183°C for ≥30s, peak temp ≤225°C
