注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation:

2 Use mounting holes with 12.5mm diameter (tolerance +0.5/0) to avoid interference

3 Do not over-tighten clamping nuts; follow recommended torque specs to prevent damage

4 Maintain required clearance from surrounding metal (refer to influence of surrounding metal data for M12 shielded models) to avoid performance degradation

5 Keep mutual interference distances when installing multiple sensors: face-to-face ≥30mm, side-by-side ≥20mm (use different frequency models if closer mounting is needed)

6 Electrical safety:

7 Do not short-circuit the load; it may cause explosion or burning

8 Do not supply power without a load; it may damage the sensor

9 Ensure power supply voltage is within 12-24VDC (ripple ≤10%)

10 Check PLC compatibility before connection: ON voltage ≤ VCC - residual voltage, OFF current ≥ leakage current (0.8mA), ON current within control output range (3-100mA)

11 Environmental:
