注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Mounting:Use M4 screws with torque 7~10 Kgf-cm, ensure proper grounding (FG) connection

2 Derating guidelines:For output voltage <12V and ambient temp -15~-30℃, derate output current to90% of rated; Follow derating curves for high ambient temps or low input voltages

3 Wiring:Use appropriate wire gauge (20~26AWG for control pins, larger for power lines), ensure correct pin assignment for remote control (RC1/RC2), remote sense (+S/-S), and current sharing (CS)

4 Blank slots:Must install BLANK-NMS240 module in unused slots to maintain thermal performance and safety

5 Global ON/OFF:Ensure shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) is installed if global control is not used; Remote ON/OFF logic:Open=ON, Short=OFF for local (RC2), Short=ON, Open=OFF for global (RC1)

6 Parallel operation:Connect CS pins of modules, keep output voltage difference <0.2V, max 6 slots for NMP1K2; Total power should not exceed1200W; Use short, thick wires for parallel connections

7 Programming functions:PV (voltage programming) and PC (current programming) must reference to GND pins; Do not use PC function when modules are in parallel
