注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure proper grounding; use recommended screws (M4 for front-end mounting, M3.5 for output terminals) with specified torque (12Kgf-cm for AC input,10Kgf-cm for DC output) to prevent loose connections.

2 Derating considerations: When output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is between -15℃ and -30℃, reduce output current to 90% of rated value; follow derating curves for high ambient temperatures (>50℃).

3 Parallel operation: For NMS-240 modules in parallel, connect CS and GND pins between modules; ensure output voltage difference between modules <0.2V; do not use the PC (current programming) function in parallel mode.

4 Control function usage: If not using external global ON/OFF control, install the provided shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P); use twisted pairs for remote sense lines to minimize interference.

5 Protection handling: If over-voltage or over-temperature protection is triggered, turn off input power, check the load and operating environment, then re-power to restore operation (over-temperature protection auto-recovers once cooled).
