注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation: Ensure the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) is installed if global ON/OFF control is not used; otherwise, the system will have no output.

1 Mounting: Use M4 screws for front-end mounting with torque7~10 Kgf-cm; AC terminal torque≤12 Kgf-cm; DC terminal torque≤10 Kgf-cm; avoid over-tightening.

2 Temperature derating: When output voltage<12V and ambient temperature is -15°C~-30°C, derate output current to90% of rated; refer to derating curves for high ambient temperatures (>50°C).

3 Parallel operation: Connect CS pins of modules for current sharing; ensure output voltage difference between parallel modules<0.2V; max6 modules in parallel (NMP1K2); total power≤1200W; use short/large diameter wiring; remote control must turn all parallel modules ON/OFF simultaneously; do not use PC function in parallel.

4 Remote sense: Use twisted-pair cables for sense lines to reduce noise; compensate up to0.5V line drop.

5 ON/OFF control: Global control (RC1: short=ON, open=OFF) vs local control (RC2/RC3: open=ON, short=OFF) — note the logic difference to avoid errors.

6 Safety: Disconnect power before maintenance; ensure proper grounding; do not touch live parts when powered on; do not exceed rated specs.

7 Signal handling: DC OK and T-Alarm are TTL-level signals; do not exceed maximum sourcing current (10mA).
