TPDxE05U06 is a product series of electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection diodes based on unidirectional transient voltage suppressors (TVS), featuring ultra-low capacitance. The ESD shock dissipation value of each device is higher than the highest level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard. The ultra-low load capacitance characteristic of TPDxE05U06 makes this device highly suitable for protecting any high-speed signal pins.
