注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation:
1 Use M4 screws for mounting, with torque 7~10 Kgf-cm and maximum penetration depth of 4mm to avoid damage to the chassis.
2 Ensure proper grounding (FG) to meet safety requirements.
3 For control pins, use 20~26AWG wires with a strip length of 10mm for reliable connections.
Operation:
1 Global ON/OFF: If not using global control, assemble the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) to enable output.
2 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules, keep RC2 open for ON and short for OFF; for NMD-240 modules, keep RC2 (V1) and RC3 (V2) open for ON.
3 Remote Sense: Use twisted pairs for sense lines (+S/-S) to minimize interference; compensates up to 0.5V voltage drop on load wiring.
4 Parallel Operation:
5 Connect CS pins of all modules to ensure current balance; output voltage difference between modules must be <0.2V.
6 Maximum 6 NMS-240 modules for NMP1K2; total output power must not exceed 1200W.
7 Do not use the PC (current programming) function when modules are in parallel.
8 If load is <10% of rated capacity, some modules may enter standby mode.
9 Temperature Derating: When output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value.
Safety:
1 Follow all applicable safety standards (medical/ITE) during installation and operation.
2 Avoid overloading beyond the maximum 1200W capacity to prevent damage.
3 Ensure proper insulation between primary and secondary circuits (4KVAC isolation) is maintained.
