注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use M4 screws with7-10 Kgf-cm torque for mounting; ensure max penetration depth of screws is4mm to avoid damage

2 Global ON/OFF: Assemble the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if not using global control; otherwise, no output will be generated

3 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules, open RC2 (pin3) to GND (pin1/2) to turn on output, short to turn off; for NMD-240 modules, use RC2/RC3 for V1/V2 control

4 Remote Sense: Connect +S/-S pins to load terminals to compensate voltage drop on wiring (max0.5V)

5 Current Sharing: When paralleling modules, connect CS pins together; ensure output voltage difference among modules <0.2V; total output current ≤(rated current per module × number of modules) and total power ≤1200W; do not use PC function (output current programming) in parallel mode

6 Temperature Derating: When output voltage <12V and ambient temp is-15°C to-30°C, derate output current to90% of rated value; follow derating curves for different ambient temps and input voltages

7 Safety: Do not operate with empty slots; use BLANK-NMS240 for unused slots; avoid touching live parts when powered on; comply with safety standards during installation and maintenance

8 Wiring: Use appropriate wire sizes (20-26AWG for control pins) and ensure proper grounding to reduce noise and ensure stability
