注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation:Ensure the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) is installed if not using external global ON/OFF control;otherwise the unit will have no output

2 Remote Sense:Use twisted pairs for +S/-S lines to minimize electromagnetic interference and ensure accurate voltage compensation

3 Parallel Operation:When paralleling NMS-240 modules,connect CS pins,keep output voltage difference <0.2V and do not exceed total power (1200W for NMP1K2);avoid using PC function in parallel mode

4 Temperature Derating:For output voltages <12V and ambient temperature between -15°C to -30°C,derate output current to 90% of rated value

5 Wiring and Terminals:Follow recommended mounting torque (10Kgf-cm for DC output,12Kgf-cm for AC input) and use compatible connectors (e.g.,HRS DF11 series)

6 Local ON/OFF Control:For NMS-240 modules,open RC2 to GND for ON,short for OFF;for NMD-240 dual modules,control V1/V2 separately via RC2/RC3

7 Protection Functions:OTP triggers shutdown when internal temperature exceeds limits;recover automatically after cooling (for some protections,re-power on to recover)

8 Safety:Ensure proper grounding and isolation;do not operate the unit beyond specified voltage/current ranges
