注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure proper mounting torque (M4 screws with 7~10 Kgf-cm), maintain correct airflow direction for heat dissipation.

2 Derating guidelines: When output voltage is below 12V and ambient temperature is between -15°C to -30°C, output current should be derated to 90% of rated current; follow derating curves for different ambient temperatures and input voltages.

3 Control signal connection: For global ON/OFF, connect RC1 (CN32-PIN6) to GND-P (CN32-PIN3); for local ON/OFF, connect RC2/RC3 pins to GND as per module type (NMS/NMD).

4 Parallel operation: When paralleling NMS-240 modules, ensure CS pins are connected, output voltage difference between modules <0.2V, total output current not exceeding rated value (sum of each module's rated current), and do not use the PC (current programming) function.

5 Overload handling: Overload protection is constant current limiting; overvoltage protection requires re-powering to recover.

6 Temperature management: Avoid operating in environments exceeding the recommended ambient temperature range (-30°C to +70°C) without proper derating.

7 Wiring: Use appropriate wire sizes for input/output connections to minimize voltage drop; for remote sense, connect +S/-S pins correctly to compensate for wiring voltage drop.
