注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use recommended screws (M4 for front-end, M3.5 for modules) with specified torque (7~10Kgf-cm for front-end,10Kgf-cm for modules); ensure proper grounding

2 Wiring: Use appropriate wire gauge (20~26AWG for control pins); twist sense lines (+S/-S) in pairs to reduce interference

3 Operation notes:

4 Global ON/OFF: Short RC1 (CN32-PIN6) to GND-P (CN32-PIN3) if not using global control; open for OFF, short for ON

5 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240, open RC2 to GND for ON, short for OFF; for NMD-240, open RC2/RC3 to GND1/GND2 for ON, short for OFF

6 Derating: When ambient temperature exceeds 50℃, derate output power/current according to the derating curve; for output voltage <12V and temperature between -15℃~-30℃, reduce current to90% of rated

7 Parallel operation: Connect CS pins of all modules; ensure output voltage difference among parallel modules is <0.2V; total current should not exceed sum of rated currents of modules; max 6 modules for NMP1K2,4 for NMP650; do not use PC function in parallel

8 Safety: Disconnect power before maintenance; avoid touching live parts; do not operate beyond rated specifications
