注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Follow the specified mounting guidelines (flush/non-flush) as per the sensor model. For flush mounting in damping material, maintain a free zone of ≥3×S (nominal sensing distance); for non-flush, ≥3×S (free zone) and ≥4×d (sensor diameter) in adjacent areas.

2 When installing multiple sensors together in damping material, ensure proper spacing (as per Picture 2A/2B) to avoid mutual interference.

3 For sensors installed opposite each other, maintain a minimum space of 6×S (nominal sensing distance) to prevent cross-sensing.

4 Power supply: Ensure the input voltage is within the 10-36 VDC range; avoid overvoltage to prevent damage.

5 Wiring: Follow the correct wiring diagram (NPN/PNP, normally open/closed) to ensure proper function; check for reverse polarity before powering on.

6 Environmental conditions: Do not expose the sensor to temperatures outside the -25°C to +70°C range (operating) or -40°C to +80°C (storage) to avoid performance degradation.

7 Maintenance: Regularly clean the sensor's detection surface to remove dust or debris that may affect sensing accuracy; avoid using abrasive materials during cleaning.
