注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Power supply: Do not apply AC voltage or exceed the32VDC maximum operating voltage; ensure ripple voltage (p-p) is ≤10% to avoid sensor damage or malfunction.

2 Load handling: Avoid short-circuiting the output terminal; for loads with large inrush current (e.g., lamps, motors), connect via a relay to protect the sensor.

3 Wiring: Keep the sensor cable away from high-tension lines; if necessary, route through an independent metal conduit. Do not extend the cable beyond200m; avoid applying tractive force over50N to the cable.

4 Mounting: Do not strike the sensor with a hammer during installation; tighten M12 clamping nuts to30N·m using a washer to prevent water ingress or structural damage. Maintain required clearances from surrounding metal (refer to mutual interference guidelines for non-shielded M12 models).

5 Environment: Do not use underwater or in environments with strong acid/alkaline gases; ensure operating temperature ranges from-40°C to70°C (storage:-40°C to85°C) without condensation or icing.

6 Maintenance: Periodically inspect for loose mounting, damaged cables, metal dust accumulation, and LED indicator status. Do not disassemble the sensor as it may void warranty and cause failure.
