注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Derating requirements: When output voltage is below 12V and ambient temperature is between -15°C to -30°C, output current must be derated to 90% of rated current; follow derating curves for high ambient temperatures

1 Blank slot handling: Empty slots must be filled with BLANK-NMS240 accessories to ensure proper operation and safety; contact Meanwell for details

2 Global ON/OFF setup: The shorting connector (from RC1 to GND-P) must be installed for the unit to output power; remove or disconnect for global OFF

3 Remote sense usage: Connect +S/-S pins to load terminals to compensate for voltage drop on wiring; do not leave these pins open

4 Parallel operation guidelines: When paralleling NMS-240 modules, connect CS pins together, ensure output voltage difference between modules is less than 0.2V, total output power does not exceed 1200W, use short large-diameter wires for parallel connections, and avoid using PC function in parallel mode

5 Overtemperature monitoring: Utilize the T-Alarm signal (TTL level) to monitor internal temperature; high signal indicates over-temperature, low indicates normal
