注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use M4 screws with 7-10 Kgf-cm torque for front-end mounting; ensure proper air flow as per the mechanical specification

2 Wiring: Follow terminal assignments strictly (AC input, DC output, control pins like RC1/RC2/RC3, GND, etc.) to avoid malfunctions

3 Global ON/OFF: For NMP1K2, assemble the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if global ON/OFF function is not used; otherwise, the power supply will have no output

4 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules, open RC2 (pin3) to GND (pin1/2) for ON, short for OFF; for NMD-240 modules, open RC2 (pin3)/RC3 (pin4) to respective GNDs for ON, short for OFF

5 Remote Sense: Use twisted pairs for +S/-S lines to minimize interference; compensate voltage drop up to 0.5V

6 Parallel Operation: When parallelizing NMS-240 modules, connect CS and GND pins between modules; ensure output voltage difference <0.2V; total current should not exceed the sum of rated currents of parallel modules; max 6 slots for NMP1K2

7 Temperature Derating: Follow derating curves—e.g., for output voltage <12V at -15 to -30°C, derate current to 90% of rated value
