注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use M4 screws for mounting, torque within7-10 Kgf-cm; ensure correct pin assignment for AC input (L/N/FG) and DC output.

2 Temperature derating: When ambient temp exceeds50°C, derate output current as per derating curve; for output voltage <12V and temp between-15°C to-30°C, derate to90% of rated current.

3 Remote control: For global ON, ensure RC1 (CN32-PIN6) is shorted to GND-P (CN32-PIN3) if not using external control; local ON/OFF requires RC2/RC3 pins to be open (ON) or shorted (OFF).

4 Parallel operation: When paralleling NMS-240 modules, connect CS pins together; output voltage difference between modules must be <0.2V; total load not exceed max power of front-end (1200W for NMP1K2,650W for NMP650).

5 Protection recovery: After OVP/OTP shutdown, re-power the unit to restore output; OCP uses constant current limiting and resumes after overload is removed.
