注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation:Must assemble the shorting connector (RC1 pin6 to GND-P pin3) to enable the unit's output power; unused slots should be filled with BLANK-NMS240 module.

2 Mounting:Follow torque specifications (12Kgf-cm for AC input terminal,10Kgf-cm for DC output terminal); use M4 screws with recommended penetration depth to avoid loose connections.

3 Temperature derating:For output voltage <12V and ambient temperature between-15°C and-30°C, derate output current to90% of rated value; refer to derating curves for different input voltages and temperatures.

4 Parallel operation:When paralleling modules, connect CS pins together; ensure output voltage difference between modules is <0.2V; do not use PC (current programming) function in parallel mode; total power should not exceed1200W.

5 Control operations:For local ON/OFF of NMS-240 module, open RC2 pin3 to GND (pin1/2) for ON, short for OFF; for global control, short RC1 pin6 to GND-P pin3 for ON, open for OFF.

6 Wiring:Use appropriate wire gauge (20-26AWG for control pins) and strip length (10mm for DC terminals); twist sense lines in pairs to reduce interference.
