Load limits: Do not exceed rated load current under normal/abnormal/test conditions; dynamic loads over 25% of rated current need Vicor's technical review

1 Remote sense: Connect sense leads to respective output terminals; protect against reversal, noise, open circuit, or excessive resistance

2 Output trimming: Trim down requires reducing max current by the same percentage as voltage drop; trim up requires reducing max current by same percentage as voltage increase; avoid trimming above +10% to prevent overvoltage protection activation

3 Parallel operation: For up to 3 modules use AC-coupled single-wire interface; 4+ modules need transformer-coupled interface or PR buffer (refer to Vicor's design guide)

4 Soldering: Follow recommended methods—wave solder at 260°C for <5 seconds, hand solder at 390°C for <7 seconds
