注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Input line fuse required: Use a max25A fast-acting or time-delay fuse in ungrounded input connection (module not internally fused)

2 Output capacitance: Minimum440µF low ESR aluminum capacitor; if ambient temp < -20°C, use at least three such capacitors in parallel

3 Remote sense: If not used, connect SENSE+ to VO+ and SENSE- to VO- at the module terminals

4 Output trim: If not using trim feature, leave TRIM pin open; trim resistor should be placed close to the module

5 Remote on/off: For negative logic (model suffix '1'), if not used, short ON/OFF pin to VIN(-); ensure logic level meets specs (low:0-1.2V, high:up to5V)

6 Thermal management: Maintain case temp within -40°C to100°C; use proper cooling (conduction via cold plate or convection via airflow); refer to derating curves for output power/current under different thermal conditions

7 Soldering: Through-hole mounting only; compatible with Pb and Pb-free wave soldering (Pb-free max temp270°C); no reflow process allowed; preheat rate ≤3°C/s
