注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Conduction cooling is mandatory: ensure heat dissipation from aluminum base plate to a properly sized heat sink; follow derating curves based on base plate temperature (Tc)

2 Avoid applying excessive stress to input/output pins: max force for output pins (±VOUT, ±S) ≤39.2N (4kgf), others ≤19.6N (2kgf)

3 Soldering guidelines: flow soldering at ≤260℃ for ≤15 seconds; soldering iron (26W) at ≤450℃ for ≤5 seconds

4 Mounting: fix the module using screws (torque ≤0.49N·m) before soldering pins to prevent PCB damage; leave space between multiple modules for ventilation

5 Noise reduction: do not route input/output patterns under the module; use a copper shield pattern on PCB connected to case/mounting hole to reduce radiated noise
