注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation & soldering: Follow recommended pad layout; avoid bottom-side assembly unless using ruggedized (-D version) modules; comply with Pb-free reflow profile (J-STD-020 Rev.D) with peak temperature ≤260°C, time above 235°C ≥15s and ≤60s; use pick-and-place nozzle with minimum inner diameter of 3mm and maximum outer diameter of7mm; use Sn/Ag/Cu (SAC) solder paste with a6mil thick stencil

2 Electrical operation: Ensure input voltage is within 2.4Vdc-5.5Vdc during operation; use external trim resistor (refer to Table1 for common values) to set output voltage; for sequencing function (EZ-SEQUENCE), tie SEQ pin to VIN or leave unconnected if not used; if using sequencing, apply analog voltage to SEQ pin after a10ms delay (ensure SEQ pin voltage is ~50mV during initial delay via proper resistor); avoid pre-bias voltage exceeding0.5V below set output when not using sequencing

3 Thermal management: Operate within ambient temperature range of -40°C to85°C; refer to derating curves (Figure2) for output current adjustment based on ambient temperature and airflow; ensure thermal reference point (Tref) does not exceed130°C to prevent overtemperature shutdown

4 Safety: Comply with end-use safety standards (UL62368-1 etc.); input must meet SELV/ES1 requirements for output to be considered SELV/ES1; do not exceed absolute maximum ratings to avoid permanent device damage

5 Storage & handling: Store in -55°C to125°C temperature range; follow MSL rating2a guidelines (keep in moisture barrier bags until use; floor life at ≤30°C and60% RH as per J-STD-033A); avoid exposure to excessive moisture or temperature
