2 Mount using M3 screws with torque ≤0.49N·m (5.0kgf·cm); fix the module to PCB with screws before soldering pins to avoid damaging PCB patterns

3 Avoid placing DC input/output line patterns under the module to reduce noise; use a shield pattern on PCB connected to FG to minimize radiation noise

4 When installing multiple modules side by side, leave sufficient space for ventilation to keep the aluminum base plate temperature within derating limits

5 Operation guidelines:

6 Follow derating curves based on aluminum base plate temperature (Tc); avoid hatched areas in derating charts to prevent excessive ripple/noise

7 Measure Tc at the center of the aluminum base plate; if edge measurement is necessary, add a5°C margin

8 Do not apply excessive stress to input/output pins: max39.2N (4kgf) for +VOUT/-VOUT, ≤19.6N (2kgf) for other pins; do not bend or pull leads forcefully

9 Soldering requirements:

10 Flow soldering: ≤260°C for up to15 seconds; soldering iron (26W): ≤450°C for up to5 seconds
