注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Electrical operation: Do not exceed absolute maximum input voltage (175Vdc) or output voltage trim range (7.2-13.2V) to prevent damage or overvoltage protection (OVP) triggering

2 Thermal management: Ensure internal temperature (TINT) does not exceed 125°C (T-grade). Use proper cooling (top/bottom surface heat sinks or lead thermal conduction) as per Vicor's thermal design guidelines

3 External components: Install minimum external output capacitor (1000-20000µF with ESR ≤10mΩ) for control loop stability; add recommended input filter (1µH inductor +2µF ceramic caps) to attenuate noise

4 Signal pin usage: For FT pin, use a series resistor to limit current (max4mA) to avoid module damage. Unused TR/EN/FT pins can be left floating (internal pull-ups are present)
