1 Use conduction cooling: Dissipate heat from the aluminum base plate to an attached heat sink; follow derating curves based on base plate temperature

2 Avoid operation in hatched areas of derating curves (may cause excessive ripple/noise); contact manufacturer for detailed cooling methods

3 Reduce temperature fluctuation range to extend thermal fatigue life

4 Do not apply excessive stress to input/output pins (follow specified force limits) to prevent internal damage

5 Soldering requirements: Flow soldering at ≤260°C for ≤15 seconds; soldering iron (26W) at ≤450°C for ≤5 seconds

6 Mounting precautions: Fix the module with screws before soldering pins to prevent PCB pattern damage; leave sufficient space between multiple modules for ventilation

7 Noise reduction: Do not pass DC input/output patterns under the module; use a copper shield pattern on PCB connected to CASE pin or mounting hole
