1 Input safety: The module is not internally fused; always use a fast-acting input line fuse (max 30A rating in ungrounded input lead)

2 Thermal management:

3 Operating ambient temperature range: -40°C to85°C; derate output current based on airflow and ambient temp as per thermal derating curves

4 Ensure thermal reference temperature (TH2 for base plate module) does not exceed105°C for reliable operation

5 Adequate airflow is recommended to maintain component temperatures within limits

7 If input source is non-SELV (60-75Vdc), ensure input has reinforced insulation from hazardous voltages, ground one VIN and one VOUT pin (or float both), input pins are not operator accessible, and system-level SELV test is conducted
