注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Do not exceed the permissible load current during normal, abnormal, or test conditions; dynamic loading exceeding 25% of rated current requires prior approval from Vicor Applications Engineering

2 When using remote sense, ensure proper connection to offset phase lag caused by output lead inductance and load impedance; avoid lead reversal, noise pickup, open circuits, or excessive output lead resistance

3 Store the product in ESD-safe packaging in a controlled environment: temperature range of -40°C to +105°C (depending on grade), humidity not exceeding 95% non-condensing

4 Maintain thermal management: The baseplate to sink thermal resistance is specified, so ensure adequate heat dissipation to prevent overheating
