注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure proper mounting with adequate thermal management (baseplate cooling) to keep operating temperature below 100°C under full load. Follow recommended soldering methods (refer to Vicor's Maxi, Mini, Micro Design Guide).

2 Operational: Do not exceed the maximum rated output current or power. For dynamic loads exceeding 25% of the rated current, consult Vicor Applications Engineering. Avoid input surge voltages beyond 50V for more than 100ms.

3 Voltage trimming: When trimming output voltage down, reduce available output power proportionally; when trimming up, reduce maximum output current proportionally to avoid exceeding rated power. Do not trim above 110% of the nominal output voltage.

4 Parallel operation: For paralleling more than three modules, use a transformer-coupled interface or PR buffer circuit (refer to the design guide). Ensure all PR pins are properly interfaced for current sharing.

5 Safety compliance: This product is not authorized for use in life support devices or systems without Vicor's prior written approval. Follow agency requirements (e.g., use an appropriate fuse in series with the +Input terminal).
