注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Follow recommended PCB footprint; use plated through holes for standoffs to ground the baseplate. Do not connect -IN and AC neutral (N) as they are not at the same potential.

2 Electrical configuration: Use external output bulk capacitor (6000-12000µF,63V rating). Install input fuse (5A,216 Series Littelfuse) for system protection. Ensure source inductance does not exceed1mH (universal input) or2mH (240V only); for multiple modules, reduce inductance proportionally.

3 Thermal management: Maintain baseplate temperature ≤100°C (C-grade). Use thermal grease or pad (PN36967) for effective heat dissipation from baseplate to sink.

4 Control operation: EN pin is referenced to -IN; enable by leaving floating or above 2.0V, disable by pulling below0.8V. To recover from output overvoltage protection (OVP), toggle EN pin or recycle input power.

5 Compliance: Use recommended external components (filter across -IN and GND) to meet EN55022 Class B standards. If output is connected to earth ground, add a small common mode choke.

6 Safety: This module is not authorized for life support devices without Vicor's written approval. Handle with ESD protection to avoid static damage.

7 Maintenance: Regularly inspect for overheating, loose connections, or component damage. Do not modify the module.

8 Environmental: Operate within C-grade temperature range (-20°C to100°C baseplate) to ensure performance and longevity.
